CMS has support system that can connect with On Line or Off Line Application (Questionnaire) with voice recording by Questionnaire. All will be developed as a program. This connects to the customer database and it will speed up the process as well as reduce operating errors.
The system can also monitor and report the results of the call (Success Call) completely and quickly. All can be displayed in the form of daily reports. Other reports are also available and can be configured depending on the client’s requirements.
